Bank of America Caught Taking Customer Money in Wrongful Garnishments

Are Big Banks Criminal Enterprises, or Just Petty Thieves?

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued a ten million dollar fine and ordered Bank of America to repay money it froze and then removed from customer accounts illegally.

You would think bankers would know the law, they sure use the law to their advantage when it helps them. Yet, Bank of America ignored the law and its obligation to its customers according to consumer watchdog CFPB.
