Born in Booneville, Arkansas, December 28, 1964. Graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, 1992; admitted to practice, 1992, Oklahoma; also admitted to practice before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
Practice limited primarily to actions to recover benefits due employee plans particularly under Employee Retirement Insurance Security Act of 1974, involving health and welfare benefit plans and pension plans. Benefit disputes involving disability, health, and life insurance, fringe benefits including in kind services, and pension benefits.
