2007, New York Legal Services recognized David Humphreys and Luke Wallace as individual honorees at a Pro Bono award reception held June 13, 2007 in New York City for their outstanding contributions to the Foreclosure Prention Project Project of South Brooklyn Legal Services.

2006, 2007 Oklahoma Super Lawyers, Luke Wallace was selected as a 2006 Oklahoma Super Lawyer in the practice area of general litigation. David Humphreys was selected as a 2006 Oklahoma Super Lawyer in the practice area of plaintiff product liability litigation. Both David and Luke were selected as Super Lawyers in 2007 in the newly recognized practice area of Consumer Protection Law. Only the top 5% of all lawyers in Oklahoma are named in Super Lawyers. Selection is based upon peer review and balloting to all Oklahoma lawyers

2006, National Association of Consumer Credit Administrators, Savanna, GA. David and Luke were invited by the Executive Board of NACCA to share their litigation experience with predatory lending by installment lenders. The presentation was made during a closed session to a "regulators only" audience at NACCA's 2006 Annual Meeting. NACCA is the Association for the administrators of the state agencies responsible for regulating the consumer credit industry.

2006, National Consumer Rights Litigation Conference, Miami, FL. David and Luke provided a presentation on Trial Skill Training to consumer lawyers and advocates.

2006, Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.  Luke and David joined the teaching staff of the College
